 PAYMENT OPTIONS

When placing an order, the Buyer can choose available payment options, which include online payment and cash on delivery payment.

1. ONLINE PAYMENT

After you have confirmed your purchase in the shopping cart, click "Checkout" and you will be automatically directed to the online payment page. On the payment page, you will need to enter your bank card details and confirm the payment.

• Card number (located on the front side of the bank card), for example: 0123 4567 8901 1234;

• Validity period of the card (placed on the front side of the bank card);

• CVV2 or CVC2 card code (located on the back of the bank card to the right of the signature strip and consists of three digits, for example: 123.

After payment, we will start working with your order! And after a few days, you will be able to receive it.

Please note that the money for the returned order will be transferred to the bank card used when placing the order.

2. PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY

Payment upon receipt of goods in the postal service (prepayment 200 UAH).

DELIVERY POLICY

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT AND DELIVERED?

- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. The specified processing times begin from the moment the order is confirmed by the manager in agreement with the client.

- The term of delivery of the order depends on the destination and the courier service chosen by the customer when placing the order.

- Delivery within Ukraine, Poland and Europe is carried out on average within 3-5 days.

2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

- Delivery across Europe is carried out by courier services DPD (address delivery, to the branch) and Inpost within Poland (address delivery, post office).

- Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" courier service (address delivery, to the branch).

3. WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

- The cost of delivery depends on the destination and the rates of the courier service chosen by the customer when placing the order.

- After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us to verify.

- For any assistance with your order, please contact us at support@samange.com.

- Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure that the delivery address entered is correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by address errors. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resend the order.

4. TAXES AND FEES

- Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply to your order once it reaches the destination country. All orders are delivered duty free.

- Please note that Samange is not responsible for these fees, if applicable, as they are the responsibility of the customer. Also, please note that taxes and fees are non-refundable even if you cancel an order that has been accepted and shipped.

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MEASURE?

- You have the opportunity to measure the product during delivery to the branch and delivery by the "Nova Poshta" courier.

- You can try on the product with Samange courier delivery in Kharkiv.

- Pay for the product if you decide to purchase the product.

- During the fitting, please treat the product with care and do not allow it to be damaged or soiled.

5. WHAT QUANTITY OF GOODS CAN I ORDER FOR THE TRIAL?

- With the help of Samange courier delivery in Kharkov, you can order up to 3 units of the product, without prepayment.

- With 100% payment up to 5 units.

- When paying after payment, you can order 1 unit of the product - without prepayment, from two units - prepayment of UAH 200 for each unit of the product.
