PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
The online store Samange, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", offers any legal entity or individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", to place an order and purchase the goods whose images are posted on the Samange website.
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer voluntarily confirms the conclusion of the contract on the following:
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This contract is a public offer and does not require a signature. The public offer agreement has the appropriate legal force and does not need to be signed on paper. The contract includes conditions for the organization of purchase - sale remotely, using the Internet, which excludes the possibility of direct acquaintance of the Buyer with the Goods.
1.2. In case of acceptance of the terms of this contract, i.e. the public offer of the online store, the user (legal entity or individual), concluding the contract of the offer, becomes the Buyer. The agreement is the fact of payment of the order in the amount of 100% according to the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Seller carries out retail trade of women's clothing through the Samange online store.
1.4. Within the framework of this agreement, the product sample is the design (photographs of the product that correspond to a specific article) of the product item.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to the Buyer.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
2.1. To place an order, the Buyer undergoes automatic registration on the Site.
2.2. The Buyer orders goods according to the catalog on the Site and sends it to the Seller.
2.3. In case of questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the goods, before placing the order, the Buyer can contact the Seller in any available way.
2.4. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide reliable information about his surname, first name, contact phone number, including city code, exact and complete address, as well as agree with the Seller on the desired day and time of delivery.
2.5. The Buyer undertakes to meet the Seller's courier at the specified time at the address provided for delivery of the order.
2.6. The buyer pays for the order in any convenient way that he has chosen in the Samange online store within 24 hours from the date of agreement of the delivery cost in the amount of 100% prepayment.
2.7 When paying by cash on delivery, the Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods within three days from the date of receipt of the order at the delivery service representative office.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
3.1. The Seller informs the Buyer about the acceptance of the order by phone and/or e-mail, agrees on additional characteristics, product packaging and their cost.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver (deliver) the goods to the Buyer within the specified period in accordance with the received order, in the quantity, prices and terms agreed with the Buyer.
3.3. The seller guarantees that the appearance of the goods corresponds to their samples in the catalog. The characteristics and appearance of the product declared on the website may differ slightly from the sample.
3.4. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the Buyer during registration.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Goods are delivered throughout Europe.
4.2. The Seller ensures delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

5. COST AND PAYMENT OF THE GOODS
5.1. The exact cost of goods is indicated in the catalog of goods of the online store Samange.
5.2. The price of the goods on the Site can be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
5.3. A detailed description of the payment procedure and options is provided in the Payment Policy document.
6. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
6.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange a good quality product within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt of the product by sending a written message to the Seller support@samange.com or by informing the manager at 093-170-98-77.
6.2. A detailed description of the return procedure and conditions is set out in the Refund Policy document.
7. OTHER TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The buyer voluntarily gives his consent to the collection and processing of his personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of mutual settlements, as well as to receive invoices, acts and other documents.
7.2. All information provided by the Buyer to the Seller may not be transferred for review and/or use to third parties, with the exception of the written permission of the Buyer to transfer this information and cases when it is required by polish or international legislation and/or authorities in compliance with the legal procedure.
7.3. All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under Polish Law.
8. DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
8.1. This contract enters into force from the date of payment of the order and is valid until all conditions are met.
