ZASADY DOSTAWY

1. KIEDY MOJE ZAMÓWIENIE ZOSTANIE WYSŁANE I DOSTARCZONE?

- Zamówienia są zazwyczaj przetwarzane w ciągu 1-3 dni roboczych, z wyłączeniem weekendów i świąt. Określony czas przetwarzania rozpoczyna się od momentu potwierdzenia zamówienia przez menedżera w porozumieniu z klientem.

- Czas dostawa zamówienia zależy od miejsca docelowego i firmy kurierskiej wybranej przez klienta podczas składania zamówienia.

- Dostawa na terenie Ukrainy, Polski i Europy realizowana jest średnio w ciągu 3-5 dni.

2. JAKIE SĄ OPCJE DOSTAWY?

- Dostawa na terenie Europy jest realizowana przez DPD (dostawa docelowa do oddziału) i usługi kurierskie Inpost na terenie Polski (dostawa docelowa do placówki pocztowej).

- Dostawa w Ukrainie realizowana jest przez firmę kurierską Nova Poshta (doręczenie adresowe, do oddziału).

3. JAKI JEST KOSZT DOSTAWY?

- Koszt dostawy zależy od miejsca docelowego i taryf firmy kurierskiej wybranej przez klienta podczas składania zamówienia.

- Po pomyślnym złożeniu zamówienia użytkownik otrzyma wiadomość e-mail z potwierdzeniem i szczegółami zamówienia. Jeśli nie otrzymasz tego potwierdzenia, sprawdź filtr spamu lub skontaktuj się z nami w celu weryfikacji.

- Aby uzyskać pomoc dotyczącą zamówienia, prosimy o kontakt pod adresem support@samange.com.

- Nie jesteśmy w stanie wprowadzić zmian po złożeniu zamówienia. Upewnij się, że wprowadzony adres dostawy jest dokładny, ponieważ nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za niedostarczenie przesyłki spowodowane błędami adresowymi. W przypadku zwrotu z powodu nieprawidłowego adresu zwrócimy koszty pierwotnego zamówienia (z wyłączeniem kosztów wysyłki) i poprosimy o ponowne wysłanie zamówienia.

4. PODATKI I CŁA

Cła importowe i podatki (w tym VAT) mogą mieć zastosowanie do zamówienia, gdy dotrze ono do kraju docelowego. Wszystkie zamówienia są wysyłane bez opłaty celnej.

Należy pamiętać, że Samange nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za te opłaty, jeśli mają zastosowanie, ponieważ są one obowiązkiem klienta. Należy również pamiętać, że podatki i opłaty nie podlegają zwrotowi, nawet w przypadku anulowania zamówienia, które zostało uzgodnione i wysłane.

5. CZY ISTNIEJE MOŻLIWOŚĆ PRZYMIERZENIA?

- Masz możliwość przymierzenia towaru podczas dostawy do oddziału i dostawy przez kuriera Nova Poshta.

- Za towar zapłacisz, jeśli zdecydujesz się na jego zakup.

- Podczas przymierzania należy dbać o towar, nie uszkodzić go ani nie zanieczyścić.

DELIVERY POLICY

- The term of delivery of the order depends on the destination and the courier service chosen by the customer when placing the order.

- Delivery within Ukraine, Poland and Europe is carried out on average within 3-5 days.

2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

- Delivery across Europe is carried out by courier services DPD (address delivery, to the branch) and Inpost within Poland (address delivery, post office).

- Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" courier service (address delivery, to the branch).

3. WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

- The cost of delivery depends on the destination and the rates of the courier service chosen by the customer when placing the order.

- After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us to verify.

- For any assistance with your order, please contact us at support@samange.com.

- Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please ensure that the delivery address entered is correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by address errors. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resend the order.

4. TAXES AND FEES

- Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply to your order once it reaches the destination country. All orders are delivered duty free.

- Please note that Samange is not responsible for these fees, if applicable, as they are the responsibility of the customer. Also, please note that taxes and fees are non-refundable even if you cancel an order that has been accepted and shipped.

- With 100% payment up to 5 units.

- When paying after payment, you can order 1 unit of the product - without prepayment, from two units - prepayment of UAH 200 for each unit of the product.
