To make a return you need:

1. Tell us in writing support@samange.com or contact the manager by number 093-170-98-77

2. Fill out the application form for the return / exchange of goods of good quality received from the online store Samange

3. After considering the application, the manager will provide feedback and indicate the return address of the goods.

4. Money will be transferred within 5 days from the date of acceptance of the goods for return, when paying online money will be transferred to the card from which payment was made, without taking into account the commission.

Goods are not subject to return / exchange if:

•the product has traces of exploitation (smell, traces of perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)

• the goods are not fully equipped (belt, coat hanger, spare set of accessories, company and packaging package)

•lack of a document confirming the purchase of goods in our store (payment receipt, invoice TTN)

An exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if there are no traces of operation, its presentation, integrity of packaging, tags, full packaging, and also if there is a document confirming the purchase of this product from Samange

In the event of a defect, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller about this within 14 days from the receipt of the order. To confirm the defect, the goods are transferred for examination to the Seller (expert assessment period is 5 days)

In the positive case, the Buyer is reimbursed the full cost of the goods.

Improper care or misuse of the product, which led to its depreciation, is not a factory defect, and goods with such defects are not accepted for return.

The goods sent as a gift are not subject to exchange and return.

All products sold by the Seller are covered by a 14-day return guarantee from the date of purchase *
