REFUND POLICY

 

The seller offers a 14-day return guarantee on all items sold, effective from the date of purchase. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return a product, and we strive to make this process as easy as possible.

1. COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, if it has not been used, if its appearance, consumer properties, packaging, labels, product in a complete set have been preserved, and if there is a document confirming the purchase of the product from Samange.

2. PROCEDURE FOR COMPENSATION

1) When receiving the goods by post or courier, the Buyer is obliged to unpack and check the order. If, during the inspection of the order, defects, damage to the product or its replacement with another are discovered, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller of this information. In case of non-compliance with the mandatory requirements of the specified procedure, the Seller is not responsible for possible damage to the goods or theft of the parcel.

2) To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@samange.com or contact our manager at +38 093 170 98 77 within 14 days of receiving your order.

3) Complete an application to initiate a return or exchange of a product purchased from the Samange online store. ZWROT SAMANGE

4) Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

5) After the manager considers the application, he will contact the Buyer and inform him of the address where the product can be returned.

6) The money will be transferred within 14 working days, from the moment the goods are accepted into the warehouse, when paying by bank card, the money will be returned only to the card from which the order was paid without taking into account the commission.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEM

- a product that has traces of use (smell of perfumes, impurities from cosmetics, etc.);

- the product is not complete (belt, hanger, spare set of buttons and buttons, branded bag and packing ball are missing);

- there is no accompanying document confirming the purchase of the goods in our store (cashier's receipt for payment or goods invoice TTN);

- the product was purchased for 1 hryvnia - cannot be exchanged;

- goods sent as a gift cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. RETURN DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs based on the carrier's rates, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

5. IF A DEFECT IS DISCOVERED

In case of discovery of a defect, the Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller about this within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order.

To confirm the defect, the product is handed over to the Seller for examination (expert assessment is valid for 5 days).

If the defect is confirmed, the buyer has the right to a full refund of the cost of the product.

Products will not be accepted for return if improper care or misuse of the product has resulted in wear and tear, as such issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
